This Privacy Policy applies (only) to the website www.passngr.de. The privacy policy regarding the Passngr App can be viewed in the App and in the respective App Store.

3. General information on the collection and utilization of data when using our website

3.1. What are personal data?
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. your name, address or telephone number).

3.2. What information do we store and for which purposes?
On the website you may enter your mobile phone number in order to receive a link referring to your app. We will use your mobile phone number solely for such purpose and will delete it promptly after our send-out of the aforesaid link.

In connection with contact requests we collect and record the data you provide like name and email address etc., which we only processing to handle and reply to your request.

When you access any part of our website (with the exception of the contact form – see below), data which could be used to identify you (e.g. your IP address) and other information such as the date, time and the pages accessed during the session are stored only in pseudonymized form. We do not perform any data analysis except for statistical purposes. After the statistical analysis, the pseudonymized data are deleted.

When you submit the contact form, the current IP address of the sender is saved for security reasons.

These data are stored on our servers and analyzed statistically for marketing and optimization purposes – so that you will find even better content and services in the future. It is not possible to identify individual persons with these data.

The legal basis for our data processing in connection with this website is Article 6 Para. 1 f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. a balancing of interests based on our interest to make this website available to internet users.

We comply with the principles of data avoidance and data minimization. Consequently, we store your personal data only as long as necessary for achieving the specified purposes or as stipulated under the various storage periods required by law. After the relevant purpose no longer applies or the expiry of these periods, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted routinely in accordance with the statutory regulations.

4. Which internet technologies are used?

4.1. Collection of general information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically logged. This information (server log files) contain such data as the type of web browser, the operating system, the domain name of your internet service provider, etc. It is not possible to use any of this information to identify you. These data are needed for technical reasons for correct delivery of the website contents requested by you and are necessary when using the internet. We perform statistical analysis on anonymous information of this kind in order to optimize our website and the underlying technology.

4.2. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files stored on your computer that enable us to analyze how you use our website. The information generated through the cookie on your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there for up to 14 months. 4.4. Google Fonts

5. Service SichereReise

The service SichereReise is a service of the airport app Passngr and is made available on a separate page (https://sicherereise.passngr.de) and integrated into the PassngrApp as a service. The service is used to provide visitors to the website with current, official information in the country or airport, selected in the search function, in regards to Covid-19.
Flughafen München GmbH obtains the information provided in the search result from the data sources of the Federal Foreign Office and Airports Council International (ACI) World and makes it available to the Flughafen München GmbH.
5.1. Protocol data / log files
Every time the contents of our websites are accessed, data are stored that may permit identification of data subjects.
The following data are collected: The temporary storage of these data is necessary for processing the site visit in order to ensure that the website can be made available. Further data storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of the IT systems. These stored data are analyzed exclusively for purposes of analyzing technical malfunctions and possible attacks on our website. In addition, the data can by analyzed anonymously for statistical purposes.
